Season Pass instructions.
Your season ticket will be issued by Fanbase who will send it via an email to the email address you have registered on GMS (when you bought your HRFC Membership)
1. Look for the email from Fanbase
2. Open it and you will see the message you have a season ticket, with a button to join fanbase.
3. Click the button
4. This will open a new page where you will be asked for your email and choose a password.
5. Once you have completed the details and entered a password, click continue
6. Then you will be asked to enter your name, click continue
7. Then you will be asked to enter further details, which are optional and can be left blank if you prefer.
8. Go to the end of this page and confirm you accept T&Cs
9. Then click sign up.
10. The system will then send you an email to verify your email address (this can take a little while to arrive). You must complete this step for you to be able to view and use your season ticket.
11. You can down load the Fanbase app on your smart phone and sign in. This will also give you access to future content buy tickets for lunches etc
12. Once you have verified your email address you can then download your season ticket to you device wallet, so it is stored on your phone similar to train tickets. To do this, open the Fanbase app, press the wallet icon (bottom middle of your screen). View the ticket, you should have the option to add this to you phone wallet.
